Your order will ship as soon as possible. If Sue is out of town teaching there will be a delay in your shipment. If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to Sue Pruett, MDA, and send your check to:

A 7.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California.

Shipping charges are based on actual costs plus $1.00 for shipping and handling.

Overseas Orders:

Overseas Orders Must be Paid By VISA/MASTERCARD.
You will be charge the actual cost of your order plus a $1.00 handling charge.
Please specify Air or Sea Mail in the comment box

If you have additional shipping instructions, be sure to note them in the comment box.

Return Policy:

There are no returns accepted or refunds given for books, packets, DVDs or CDs.
Damages must be reported immediately to the shipping company then to Sue Pruett.
